Apostle Dr. Kenesia Mouton is Founder of Kingdom Ascension Global Network (KAGN) and co-Founder of Manifested Manna Uncontaminated Ministries (MMU) alongside her husband Bishop Dr. Jeffrey Mouton. Sent to bring forth Yehovah’s word and to cultivate Servant Leaders for the Kingdom as it relates to the 7 Spheres of Influence, she serves as Central Regional Ambassador for White House Prayer for the Nation founded by Reverend Dr. Terry Lee and Joyce Lee. She’s a woman of great wisdom and knowledge in the things of Yehovah. Through the way in which she ministers, the Lord has transformed many lives by using her creativity and in depth approach of teaching and breaking down the word in a prophetic manner. She has made intense impartations into the lives of vessels from all over the globe.
She stands bold and courageous as a Kingdom advocate against the adversities presented to Believers as an attempt to paralyze their ability to thrive.

She is a graduate of Empowerment Theological Seminary, and Pnuema Theological Seminary, in which received her doctrine in Christian Counseling and Theology a Certified Master Coach, published author, Psalmist, Business Owner, Marketplace Intercessor, Certified Intercessor thru AMF Ministries. She has currently received her PhD in Leadership Ethics from Empowerment Theological Seminary in 2024. As of 2025 the 501C3 Community Reformation Act (CRA) has been birthed.
On February 14, 2013, Kenesia Mouton was commissioned into the office of an Apostle and has labored faithfully to fulfill the assignment.
In addition to being Yehovah’s mouthpiece and key instrument used by Him, she is a devoted wife and mother to 5 children.
